Teaching

Chase is currently a social science tutor with Usher Institute and a humanities tutor with Edinburgh College of Art at the University of Edinburgh. He seeks to secure a lecture position at the university level, teaching topics related to critical theory, cultural studies, graphic medicine, health and medical humanities, HIV/AIDS historiography, medical sociology, sexuality studies, and the sociology of health and illness.

In addition to university teaching, Chase has five years of teaching experience, including teaching assistant positions with Duke University’s Talent Identification Program (TIP) and Ohio State University’s Young Scholars Program and professional teaching positions with Burnsville High School (Minnesota, USA) and iTutorGroup (TEFL).
