Chase is currently a social science tutor for Social and Ethical Aspects of Medicine (first and second year undergraduate students) in Edinburgh Medical School. He is also a humanities tutor for Contemporary Cinema in Edinburgh College of Art. He seeks to secure a lecture position at the university level, teaching topics related to health and medical humanities, HIV/AIDS historiography, sexuality studies, and the sociology of health and illness.
